What You’ll Do Are you a strategic thinker who enjoys turning workforce data into meaningful insights while helping teams execute key initiatives effectively? As Senior Manager, Talent Analytics & Business Operations , you will lead the Talent Analytics function while supporting the operational execution of Talent priorities. This role blends analytics leadership with business operations support—helping translate data into insights and strategy into action. You’ll partner closely with Talent leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making and ensure Talent initiatives move forward efficiently. What You’ll Do Talent Analytics Leadership: Lead Talent Analytics – Define and execute the Talent Analytics roadmap, and lead the Talent Analytics team to deliver dashboards, reporting, and insights that support data-driven decisions. Develop Business Intelligence Solutions – Lead the migration from Tableau to Power BI; design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that surface meaningful insights and align with Firm standards. Deliver Workforce Insights – Analyze workforce data across recruiting, retention, performance, and planning to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Safeguard Data Quality & Privacy – Maintain high standards for data accuracy, security, and documentation. Understand data security and privacy requirements and partner with Firm stakeholders to support appropriate implementation (e.g., role-based access, row-level security, value masking). Partner on Enterprise Data Governance – Serve as a key Talent liaison to Firm Data Governance leadership and cross‑functional partners, aligning standards, definitions, governance, data models, and access to ensure effective reporting. Enable End-to-End Insights – Work cross-functionally to unify structured and unstructured workforce data, enabling deeper insights across the employee lifecycle. Innovation, Automation & Continuous Improvement Drive Process Improvement – Continuously identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or eliminate manual work, including thoughtful use of AI and automation tools, with the goal of shifting time and focus toward higher-value, strategic Talent work. Explore & Adopt Emerging Tools – Research and assess new tools, technologies, or features that could improve Talent operations and delivery of Talent analytics and operations. Evolve Ways of Working – Develop skillsets as tools and capabilities evolve; success includes improving how the work is done, not just completing the work as it exists today. Drive Cross-Functional Execution – Act as a central point of coordination across Talent and with other business units—anticipating downstream impacts, connecting the dots, and helping work move forward efficiently. Talent Business Operations & • Strategic Support Support Talent Operations & • Projects – Partner with the Firmwide Director of Talent Business Operations to help plan, coordinate, and execute Talent initiatives and cross-functional projects. Lead & • Develop Talent Team Members – Manage, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, Talent, Human Resources (HR), business operations, or a related function, ideally in a professional services or complex organization. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including development of dashboards and reports that translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights.
