Reporting to the Director-Technical Accounting and External Reporting, this role will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Internal Audit, Tax, Legal, external auditors, etc. to execute key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical accounting expert on complex accounting matters, including areas such as revenue recognition, acquisitions, divestitures, lease accounting and other non‑routine transactions. Deeply involved in the preparation, review, and execution of external financial reporting deliverables. Interpret new accounting standards; evaluate impacts, develop implementation approaches, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders. Prepare or review technical accounting memos and accounting policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting processes, internal controls, and systems. Collaborate cross‑functionally on accounting and reporting matters. Prepare and/or provide accounting trainings to cross-functional groups. Assist with special projects, including M&A integration, system implementations, or process transformation initiatives, as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred. 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting (Big 4 audit or advisory) and industry experience; candidates with only Big 4 experience will be considered. Public company experience a plus. Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls. Proven experience leading complex accounting issues and interacting with auditors and senior leadership. Workiva experience is a strong plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP for ERP and/or OneStream for consolidation a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and project‑management skills.
