Position Summary... What you'll do... About the team: As part of Walmart's Ecommerce org, you will be helping build the future of omni-channel retail. The mission of the Search team within is to help customers find and buy the right products from our expanding selection of inventory across stores, Walmart fulfillment and marketplace sellers. About the role: Tech Operations for Search plays a pivotal role in shaping Walmart's online search and navigation experiences, and this role focuses on the structured data that powers them. You will partner across business, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver structured data enhancements that improve how customers browse, discover, and find products. You will lead end-to-end problem solving to ensure structured data quality, design, and governance fully support customer needs and business objectives. You will align with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, structured-data solutions that elevate navigation and search performance. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution as well as being able to develop excellent cross functional partnerships. Key deliverables and impact: Search & Browse Data : Partner and align with Engineering, Data Science, Site Merchandising, and Product to develop and implement cohesive, measurable projects to clean and maintain the navigation taxonomy. Spin up and run a governance and maintenance track, that includes development, codification and implementation of best practices to maintain data hygiene. Opportunity Identification : Network across the organization (e.g. Search, Marketplaces, Site Merch, Order fulfillment, etc) to understand business opportunities (e.g. Catalog quality, Data Design Improvements etc) and create opportunity assessm
