We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager who can take ownership of our marketing intelligence strategy. You will lead a high performing analytics team, turning complex data into clear recommendations that improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You are not simply creating reports. You are shaping how the company approaches marketing performance and long term strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with leadership, digital marketing specialists, sales teams, and creative departments to ensure every campaign decision is backed by meaningful insights and measurable outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics Strategy Ownership Develop and manage marketing analytics frameworks that measure campaign performance, customer engagement, conversion trends, and return on investment across all channels. Reporting and Dashboard Development Build and maintain executive level dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights for leadership and marketing teams. Campaign Performance Optimization Analyze paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, social media, and customer acquisition performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Team Leadership Lead and mentor analytics specialists and marketing coordinators. Conduct performance reviews, provide strategic guidance, and improve overall team capabilities. Data Analysis and Forecasting Interpret large datasets to identify patterns, customer behaviors, and market opportunities that support revenue growth and operational improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executives and department leaders in a clear and confident manner. What We Are Looking ForExperience 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or digital marketing strategy, including leadership or team management responsibilities. Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Strategic Thinking You understand how to connect marketing data with larger business goals and can confidently recommend actions that improve company performance. Communication Skills You can simplify complex analytics into clear recommendations that executives and cross functional teams can easily understand and act upon. Leadership You are confident leading teams, managing projects, and balancing long term strategy with day to day execution. Mindset You are proactive, analytical, and solution focused. You know how to prioritize business impact while maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency. Pay: $7,200.00 - $7,700.00 per month Work Location: In person
