Responsibilities Lead design of HVAC systems from concept to construction documents Spearhead business development in Tampa, Virginia, and nearby regions — municipalities and school districts Deliver MEP solutions for K-12 schools, universities, healthcare, commercial, government facilities Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients, vendors, stakeholders Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, performance goals Qualifications BS Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) PE license required 10+ years consulting engineering or A/E firms Proven experience in Revit and MEP construction documentation Strong leadership, communication, client relationship skills Business development and project management experience
