Job Description
Senior Member Service Representative will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. Supports the Credit Union’s membership and loan growth goals by participating in marketing promotions. Acts as a service role model for Member Services staff demonstrating high-level listening and problem resolution skills. This individual is also responsible for all cash operation functions as needed and ensures a high level of accuracy in all financial and teller transactions. Daily Duties will also consist of: Open new membership accounts Cross-sell Credit Union products and services. (including GAP and Warranty). Process, Book, and Disburse auto and personal loans. Complete vehicle title paperwork, when needed. Process ACH and A2A payments. Maintain accurate dual control logs Accept deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments Ensure compliance with all processes pertaining to BSA, CIP, lending, and REG E programs. Provide coaching, and training for employees Maintain proper security and exercise good judgment Create cash orders, verifying cash received, maintaining vault security, and balancing vault Perform the following member transactions: add and remove joint owners, issue stop payments, make adjustments to accounts (with parameters), ACH revocation, share, and share draft payroll requests, wire transfers, Opening and closing the branch Oak Cliff Christian Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic, energetic employee with outstanding communications skills and a passion for customer service!
