Mortgage Processor Trainee (No Experience Required – Paid Training + Mentorship) We are looking for a hungry, coachable individual who wants to break into the mortgage industry and build a long-term, high-income career. This is not a typical entry-level job. This is a hands-on training and mentorship opportunity where you will learn directly from experienced mortgage professionals and work on real loan files from day one. You’ll be working alongside active mortgage professionals handling real files with real deadlines — not just training exercises. No experience is required. We will train and develop the right person into a high-performing mortgage processor, with a clear path to earning $80,000–$100,000+ within your first year based on performance and production. Compensation starts lower during training and increases quickly as you take on files and production. This is a performance-driven role with significant upside for the right person. Career Growth Path • 0–60 days: Training + support role • 60–120 days: Assist on live files + partial pipeline • 4–6 months: Full processor responsibilities + performance-based earnings • Long-term: Senior Processor / Operations role We are only looking for serious applicants who are ready to commit, learn quickly, and grow within the role.
