Job Description
Senior Network Architect Stealth AI Infrastructure Company This is one of the most exciting network architecture roles in the AI infrastructure market. We are supporting a stealth AI infrastructure company building large scale GPU compute infrastructure for frontier AI customers. This is not a standard data centre networking role. This is a chance to join early, before the network architecture is fully set, before the team is built out, and before the company reaches its next major stage of scale. The company is building AI factories at industrial scale, where the network fabric is as critical as the compute itself. A routing issue, congestion event or weak fabric design can directly impact customer training workloads. The Role You will be the first senior network hire. You will set the standards future engineers build and operate against. You will own network architecture across GPU cluster fabric, InfiniBand, RoCE v2, Ethernet leaf spine, edge connectivity, peering, observability, deployment standards and operational handover. Who we want to speak to We are only looking for people from serious AI infrastructure environments. That means candidates from neo clouds, hyperscalers, AI labs, GPU cloud providers, HPC platforms, NVIDIA ecosystem infrastructure teams or large scale AI compute environments. You must have worked on real GPU deployments. You must have strong production InfiniBand experience. You must have RoCE v2 experience at scale. You must have multi vendor network experience across environments such as NVIDIA Mellanox, Arista, Juniper, Cisco, whitebox or ODM hardware. Who this is not for This is not right for single vendor specialists. This is not right for traditional enterprise networking profiles. This is not right for people who have only worked on standard data centre networks. Why this matters The right person will be joining at a rare point in the company journey. Early enough to shape the architecture. Senior enough to set the standard. Close enough to the infrastructure to make a real technical impact. And early enough in the company’s growth to benefit from the upside if the business delivers on its ambition. Compensation will include a competitive package with equity. Full range to be shared where required by local law. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Reasonable accommodations are available throughout the hiring process.
