JOB DESCRIPTION: Identify and resolve tier III technical issues related to system performance, network connectivity, and security vulnerabilities. Support the team of system and network administrators and engineers who deliver mission critical infrastructure, and continually ensure the highest levels of accessibility, optimization, and security. Assist maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing large complex systems and networks consisting of servers, computers, LANS, WANs and the physical and logical components that integrate these systems together as an enterprise networking backbone. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors with five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Previous work experience as a networking engineer within complex environment. Working knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-NX, Firepower, Aruba, and Brocade. Knowledge of networking hardware including access points, switches, and routers. Familiarity with communication and routing protocols. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: Must have a current DoD IAT Level II or higher certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP, OR CISSP. REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain a full TS/SCI Clearance; Secret clearance required prior to start. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
