Etch Manufacturing is hiring a senior New Product Transition Program Manager (NPT PM) to lead critical product transitions from design into high-volume manufacturing (HVM). This is a high-trust role with clear ownership for program outcomes. You will lead programs from early builds through volume release, aligning teams, driving execution, and making decisions that directly impact quality, delivery, and business results. You’ll operate independently across a range of program types, step into ambiguity, and help set the standard for how our team executes. This role also plays a key part in mentoring other PMs and strengthening the team overall. What You’ll Do Overall, you are accountable for delivering successful product transitions to high-volume manufacturing. Own the Outcome : Take full responsibility for program success across schedule, scope, quality, and readiness for HVM. Lead the Path to Volume: Define and execute the transition from Pilot to volume, ensuring product maturity and manufacturing readiness. Provide Clarity and Direction : Keep teams aligned and moving forward across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and the Business Unit. Drive Cross-Functional Execution : Work closely with NPT MEs, Materials, Design, Supplier Engineering, and Operations to hit key milestones. Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure : Prioritize well, make tradeoffs, and keep momentum when things are unclear or changing. Stay Ahead of Risk : Identify issues early and drive mitigation before they impact builds or delivery. Communicate Clearly : Provide straightforward updates to stakeholders and leadership, with clear asks and next steps. Improve How We Work : Identify gaps and help strengthen NPT processes and team execution. Develop Others : Mentor other PMs and help raise the bar across the team.
