Senior OCM Process Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Process Analyst. Key Responsibilities Evaluates performance and quality, defines success metrics, and recommends process improvements Coordinates and implements process improvements based on best practices and regulatory compliance Conducts post-implementation reviews and creates metrics to assess the success of new or enhanced processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical discipline or equivalent work experience A minimum of four years of experience in technical infrastructure, IT process design, or IT project management In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience is acceptable Experience with change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement Ability to operate autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced environment
