JUICE is seeking to hire a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of fast-growing client accounts. This role will own paid search initiatives end-to-end across Google, Bing, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns while acting as a strategic growth partner to clients. We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of high-growth accounts. This person will own campaigns end-to-end, act as a strategic partner to clients, and help drive scalable growth across Google, Bing, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, and emerging paid search channels. What You'll Do Strategic Campaign Leadership Develop and execute full-funnel paid search strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs Own campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and remarketing initiatives Build scalable acquisition strategies focused on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth Identify expansion opportunities across channels, audiences, and funnel stages Partner with account management and creative teams to align strategy across the broader marketing mix Campaign Management & Optimization Manage campaign setup, structure, budgeting, bidding strategies, targeting, and optimization Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and search intent mapping Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, bidding models, creative assets, and audience strategies Monitor pacing, performance trends, and efficiency metrics daily Optimize feeds, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max initiatives for scale and profitability Client Communication & Reporting Serve as a strategic advisor for assigned client accounts Present campaign insights, reporting, recommendations, and growth opportunities on client calls Translate complex performance data into actionable business recommendations Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic thinking Analytics & Performance Analyze campaign performance across platforms including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Shopify, and attribution tools Develop data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and performance Report on core KPIs including ROAS, CPA, MER, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, and pipeline impact Collaborate with internal teams to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy Team Collaboration Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Collaborate cross-functionally with paid social, creative, lifecycle, SEO, and strategy teams Share learnings, testing insights, and best practices internally Help improve internal processes, SOPs, and campaign frameworks What You'll Need to Succeed 4–6+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an agency environment Proven experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns across multiple accounts and industries Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms Deep understanding of paid search fundamentals including bidding strategies, attribution, keyword intent, audience targeting, and conversion optimization Experience managing eCommerce and/or lead generation campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, landing page optimization, and feed management preferred Google Ads certifications preferred Bonus Points I
