Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support our in-house corporate legal team. This role will focus on corporate governance, contract management, regulatory compliance, and operational legal support. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working in a corporate environment, is comfortable managing legal processes independently, and can partner cross-functionally with business teams Key Responsibilities Maintain corporate records, minute books, and entity databases for domestic and international subsidiaries Coordinate board of directors and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, board materials, resolutions, and meeting minutes Manage corporate filings, registrations, and annual compliance requirements Assist with corporate structuring, reorganizations, and entity formations/dissolutions Draft, review, and negotiate standard commercial agreements, including: NDAs Vendor and supplier contracts Custome/SaaS agreements Consulting and professional services agreement Partner with internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and IT to provide legal guidance on day-to-day business matters Support the design and implementation of corporate compliance programs (e.g., data privacy, code of conduct) Help to improve legal workflows, processes, and documentation standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent) preferred but not required Minimum 10+ years of experience, with significant time in: In-house corporate legal department OR Law firm supporting corporate/transactional practice areas Strong experience in corporate governance and commercial contracting What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
