Job Responsibilities Provide general legal and administrative support across a variety of matters Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Maintain and manage legal files, records, and documentation in an organized and efficient manner Coordinate with attorneys and, when applicable, outside counsel on ongoing legal matters Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support casework and client needs Assist with compliance-related tasks, including tracking deadlines and maintaining internal documentation Support case management, including scheduling, filings, and document preparation Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
