The Senior Pathology Clinical Informaticist role will implement, optimize, and support pathology informatics systems and technologies. This position independently analyzes pathology workflows to identify system needs, drives improvements through evaluation and training, and contributes to the development of policies and procedures to ensure system reliability and compliance. Through these efforts, this role advances the integration of data and technology to enhance diagnostic quality, operational performance, and clinician effectiveness across the pathology domain. The Pathology Clinical Informaticist role will support the utilization, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of pathology informatics systems and technology to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This position participates in workflow analysis, change management, and system improvement efforts within the pathology domain to address user needs and enhance data integration. Through these activities, this role contributes to reliable, effective technology solutions that strengthen diagnostic accuracy, streamline clinical operations, and support informed decision-making across the institution.
