Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join its growing finance team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Oversee payroll preparation, documentation, and distribution for employees across multiple locations. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including tax withholdings and benefit deductions. Conduct regular payroll audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations. Develop and generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors. Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and management. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 4+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP. Previous experience with payroll software, with international payroll experience being a plus. Relevant payroll certifications are preferred. Qualifications Apply strong organizational and communication skills to manage payroll operations efficiently. Handle sensitive payroll data with integrity and discretion. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
