Key Responsibilities of the Global Payroll Specialist: Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple international regions. Coordinate payroll inputs, approvals, and validations with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Partner with internal teams and global stakeholders to standardize payroll processes. Maintain payroll documentation, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Support payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll processes and audits. Qualifications of the Global Payroll Specialist: 5+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll exposure. Strong understanding of payroll compliance and multi-country payroll
