Position Summary: The Senior People Business Partner – Corporate Office supports the corporate office by partnering closely with HR Operations, Total Rewards, and senior leaders to ensure the effective delivery of People & Culture programs. The role enables the business through strong HR processes, accurate and compliant HRIS and payroll support, and coordination of total rewards activities, serving as a trusted connector between the business and People & Culture functions. This position is located at 103 International Dr. Peachtree City, GA. Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm The pay rate for this position is $27/hr. plus 5% bonus paid annually. Success Measures Effectiveness and credibility of partnership with corporate executives Capability, engagement, and performance of reporting HRBPs Consistency and quality of People practices across corporate functions Accuracy, reliability, and usefulness of HRIS, payroll, and workforce data Successful execution of compensation and rewards programs Leader confidence in People & Culture support for the Corporate Office Senior People Partnership – Corporate Office Serve as the senior People advisor to corporate executives and functional leadership teams. Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, performance management, engagement, and change leadership. Partner directly with senior leaders on complex, sensitive, or enterprise level people matters. Apply strong business acumen and judgment to balance employee experience, risk management, and business outcomes. HRIS, Payroll & Workforce Governance Provide strategic oversight of HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now or equivalent) for corporate populations. Partner with Payroll, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Govern system changes, workflows, data standards, controls, and security roles related to the employee lifecycle. Leverage people data and analytics to inform executive decision making and workforce planning. Total Rewards Partnership Partner closely with Total Rewards to support compensation planning, incentive administration, and benefits programs for corporate teams. Provide corporate and executive perspective on market competitiveness, internal equity, and reward design. Support annual compensation and incentive cycles through governance, planning input, and aligned execution. People Analytics, Engagement & Organizational Health Oversee interpretation and application of workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting for the corporate population. Translate engagement data and listening insights into actionable recommendations for leaders. Coach leaders on practices that strengthen engagement, retention, and performance while reinforcing leader ownership. Compliance & Governance Ensure strong governance and compliance across corporate People practices. Partner with Legal, Finance, and audit stakeholders on people related risk management, controls, and investigations. Maintain high standards of confidentiality, documentation, and data privacy. Enterprise Partnership & Change Leadership Act as a connector across People & Culture Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, HR Operations) and Corporate HRBPs.
