Description Job Purpose The Senior Physician Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) recruiting process for all position types (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time) for Partner Emergency Departments of Emergency Care Partners across the company. This individual must be able to move at a very fast pace, possess strong organizational skills, and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment. This position is responsible for the full-cycle process of recruitment, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting references, negotiating offers, contracting, onboarding and retention, and preparation of recruiting reports to clinical leadership. Duties and Responsibilities Recruits qualified physicians and advanced practitioners for regional groups Assists and coordinates the development of comprehensive physician and advanced practitioner recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the regional groups Writes recruitment advertisements and places them in appropriate print media, professional journals, or internet job boards. Conducts focused recruitment sourcing/candidate identification and outreach tactics utilizing a variety of outlets such as healthcare databases, referrals, advertisements, training/residency programs, job fairs, and other social media platforms Manages targeted email and text marketing campaigns Participates in targeted local, regional, or national recruitment events such as open house events, professional associations, and group meetings Performs initial screenings to determine candidate suitability for placement Schedules and coordinates phone, virtual, and/or on-site interviews Extends verbal offers and negotiates contracts per the regional groups' involvement. Sends out internal contract requests and partners with internal stakeholders during onboarding. Attends regional group meetings as requested per leadership and leads regional recruitment calls Performs compensation surveys as requested by leadership Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health care, marketing, or a related field required Five years (5) of experience in physician recruitment required Prior experience recruiting emergency medicine physicians and advanced practitioners required Experience or training with MS Office and database applications required. Specialized Knowledge Time management: Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and under pressure Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of marketing strategy and sales techniques to show, promote, and sell products or services. Ability to understand the needs of clients and translate those needs into profitable objectives Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issues, exchange information between team members, and tactfully discuss quality issues. Ability to perform group presentations and listen to and understand complex information and ideas Customer service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
