The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience and proven expertise in Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), and data modelling. This role involves end-to-end BI solution delivery, from requirements gathering to dashboard development, performance tuning, and stakeholder communication. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of BI solutions using Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Tableau. Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and complex visualizations with DAX, M language, and Tabular models. Architect and implement row-level security (RLS) and column-level security (CLS) for secure reporting. Create and maintain semantic data models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Projects. Migrate BI projects from Tableau and MicroStrategy to Power BI, ensuring seamless transition and optimization. Utilize Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory for sourcing and managing data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, data integration, and analytics delivery. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI reports and database queries. Administer BI platforms, including installation, upgrades, user/role management, and object migrations. Support and troubleshoot BI solutions across various business domains including retail, banking, and supply chain. Document technical solutions, conduct user training, and offer post-deployment support. Participate in Agile teams as a Scrum Master or lead to manage deliverables and ensure timely execution.
