A company is looking for a Sr. Processing Specialist - Illogical Conditions. Key Responsibilities Research and respond to escalated issues, identifying root causes of illogical conditions from systems reports or client audits Train and mentor Processing Specialists while supporting the team lead in monitoring workplace performance Assist in the accurate and timely processing of insurance documents to ensure proper coverage and client satisfaction Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets and Word documents Demonstrated understanding of insurance processing or title documents 2-year degree preferred 3 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage lending, or related fields preferred
