The Procurement & Logistics Data Analyst will support Logistics Business Improvement initiatives by serving as the Logistics Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is responsible for developing analytics and reporting solutions that improve visibility into transportation costs, supply chain performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will build and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights across multiple projects and business workstreams. This position partners with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting processes, develop KPI frameworks, support SAP system improvements, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics tools Analyze transportation and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Perform root cause analysis and execute exception reporting Support logistics transparency and business improvement initiatives Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance SAP and reporting functionality Generate performance metrics, benchmarking, and operational reporting Promote best practices in data management, reporting accuracy, and process optimization Communicate insights and project updates to leadership and stakeholders Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Business, or related field Working knowledge of SAP Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with SQL Server, DAX, Power Query, Alteryx, and Tableau Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain support Experience with SAP SD module and SAP S/4 HANA Oil & gas logistics or transportation industry experience preferred
