Senior Product Counsel (USA)

A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to support product and engineering teams as a trusted legal partner. Key Responsibilities Support product lifecycle from feature development to launch, focusing on privacy-by-design practices Advise on, draft, and review technology licensing and partnership agreements Collaborate with Security and Privacy teams on incident response and trademark protection matters Required Qualifications Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state 4 to 8 years of experience in Big Law and in-house at a tech company Strong product counseling experience with knowledge of AI/ML, data privacy, and open-source licensing Experience at a SaaS company, particularly in databases or data platforms, is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
