About DemaDose DemaDose is building a serious B2B SaaS platform that enables business owners to generate their own mobile applications without writing code. This is not a demo project we are building a real product for real customers. We have spent over a year developing the core platform and are now at the point of launch. As we expand from mobile to web and introduce new core features, we are hiring a Founding Product Designer to take full ownership of design across our products. This is a founding-level role with direct impact on product direction and overall company trajectory. Who This Is For This role is intended for individuals who want ownership, not just execution. You are likely a strong fit if you: Prefer working in high-autonomy environments with minimal oversight Are comfortable making product and design decisions without rigid structure Want to influence not just UI/UX, but overall product direction Are interested in joining early and growing into a leadership/management role Can operate in ambiguity and build on top of an existing foundation rather than starting from zero What You Will Do As the Founding Product Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design function across the platform. Your responsibilities will include Owning and evolving the existing design system across mobile and upcoming web platforms Improving and refining current UI/UX to meet production-level quality Designing new features and workflows as we expand core product capabilities Collaborating closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation Contributing to product decisions, not just visual execution Establishing scalable design patterns and standards for future growth Laying the foundation for the design function as the company scales Required Qualifications Strong experience in product design (UI/UX) for web and/or mobile applications Ability to take ownership of a product area with minimal guidance Experience working on real, shipped products (not just concepts or mockups) Solid understanding of design systems, usability, and product thinking Comfortable working in early-stage environments with evolving requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams Compensation Equity: 0.25% – 0.75%, depending on experience, ownership level, and overall fit Salary: To be discussed post-revenue or post-funding milestone Work Structure Fully remote Flexible working hours Expected commitment aligned with a full-time role Immediate start preferred
