We’re building the next-generation AI design tool for product teams. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help bring this vision to life through exceptional execution. You’ll translate complex ideas, emerging AI capabilities, and product frameworks into clear, intuitive, high-quality user experiences. This is a hands-on, craft-focused role. You’ll design and ship core Noon experiences—refining workflows, shaping interaction details, and elevating the polish, quality and usability of everything we build. What You’ll Do Translate complex product concepts into structured, intuitive UX flows Refine interaction patterns, states, and edge cases to production quality Elevate visual and interaction polish across core surfaces Collaborate deeply with product and engineering to ship high-quality work at speed Contribute to design systems, patterns, and shared standards Continuously improve clarity, consistency, and usability across the product Own and ship high-impact product features on Weaver What We’re Looking For 5–7 years in product or interaction design A track record of shipping high-quality product experiences Strong UX fundamentals and structured thinking Exceptional attention to detail across defining interactions and UI design Ability to break down complex requirements into clear flows and interfaces Comfort operating in ambiguity within defined scopes Strong collaboration with engineering and product Clear articulation of design decisions and trade-offs Nice to Have Experience working on complex B2B tools or workflows Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system Strong prototyping skills (design and AI tools) Startup or zero-to-one experience Basic familiarity with frontend concepts (HTML, CSS, React) Experience working on AI-native product experiences Benefits Salary: $200,000-$300,000 base salary Equity: Meaningful stock options Health Insurance: Best-in-class coverage for the employee and their entire family Location: San Francisco HQ
