VTS is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive product design for high-impact initiatives within VTS Lease, the industry-leading platform transforming how commercial real estate teams manage leasing, make decisions, and drive asset performance. In this role, you will drive and execute product design initiatives from early discovery through to shipped features, with a focus on delivering measurable impact. You will design intelligent workflows that leverage AI to generate actionable insights, helping customers make faster, higher-confidence decisions. You must approach design as a collaborative, iterative process, bringing Product, Engineering, and stakeholders into the work early and often: Especially through collaborative problem framing, ideation, and exploration. Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. What to expect as a Senior Product Designer: Own Product Design on Initiatives Own product design on initiatives from discovery > definition > design > delivery > iteration. Partner closely with Product Managers to frame problems, define opportunities, and align on product direction. Collaborate with Engineering early to understand technical constraints and opportunities. Help drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Design AI-Powered Workflows Collaborate with Product Managers to define AI-driven product opportunities. Partner with Engineering to understand system capabilities and shape feasible AI-powered experiences. Create intuitive experiences that embed AI-driven insights directly into the user workflows. Translate complex data, including leases, documents, and market signals, into clear, action
