Senior Product Manager – Clinical Platforms

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Management Professional to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives focused on enterprise Clinical Platform solutions within the healthcare and Medicaid domain . This role will support the design, planning, delivery, and optimization of technology products that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, SaaS vendors, and leadership to drive successful product lifecycle management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate cross-functional project and product teams from design through delivery of enterprise-ready solutions. Support product strategy, roadmap planning, feasibility analysis, and solution delivery for Clinical Platform initiatives. Investigate operational and technical challenges, identify product gaps, and develop effective solutions and recommendations. Gather and define product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and business teams. Monitor project performance, recommend schedule adjustments, and provide regular status updates to leadership teams. Manage and support the full product management lifecycle utilizing enterprise product management tools. Collaborate with SaaS vendors and internal technology teams to support platform enhancements and operational improvements. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business requirements to drive continuous product improvement. Participate in decision-making for moderately complex to complex technical and operational initiatives. Support Agile product delivery processes and enterprise program management activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of technical and/or product management experience Hands-on experience working with Clinical Platforms Experience working with SaaS vendors and enterprise technology solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Passion for improving customer and consumer experiences through technology solutions Preferred Skills Product lifecycle management experience Agile / Scrum methodologies Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira Align, Jira, or related enterprise tools Healthcare or Medicaid domain experience Cross-functional stakeholder management Enterprise SaaS implementation and support experience Strategic planning and roadmap development
