Senior Product Manager Location Los Angeles, CA / Hybrid Job Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our trading and financial platform products. This role will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to define product strategy, drive project execution, and craft exceptional user experiences for our global clientele. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in FinTech, trading platforms, market infrastructure, or data-driven products, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions. --- Responsibilities * Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product features. Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product improvement areas and new market opportunities. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, spanning the entire process from ideation and launch through subsequent optimization. Analyze user behavior, platform performance, and key business metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of products. Continuously optimize the user experience across areas such as trading workflows, user onboarding, account management, and data analytics tools. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to advance strategic product initiatives and long-term growth plans for the platform. Maintain clear product documentation, requirements specifications, and release planning processes. Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in product management; experience in FinTech, financial services, trading platforms, SaaS, or data products is preferred. Deep understanding of financial markets, trading systems, investment products, or market data platforms. Experience utilizing Agile development methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional product teams. Ability to translate complex business processes into intuitive and seamless product experiences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with user research, product data analysis, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in brokerage operations, trading infrastructure, wealth management, or capital markets products. Familiarity with APIs, financial data systems, and platform integration technologies. Experience managing large-scale B2B or B2C FinTech products. Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations within the financial services industry.
