The Windows Gaming team in SiGMA (Silicon, Gaming, Media & AI) has a unique opportunity for an experienced product manager to shape platform strategy, influence the gaming ecosystem, and work to ensure gamers continue to choose Windows as their go-to gaming platform. Responsibilities Help define and influence the long-term vision and strategy for Windows gaming feature areas based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market and user research, the competitive landscape, and Microsoft's business goals and strategy. Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing experiences that result in faster, smoother, or more reliable gameplay across a broad range of PC devices and form factors, and that drive adoption, retention, and player delight. Work across multiple Microsoft organizations spanning OS platforms, developer and technology groups to deliver seamless, high-performing, player-first experiences. Author clear, concise PRDs, specifications, and decision documents that align cross-functional teams, accelerate execution, and enable informed tradeoffs. Define
