That’s it. Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr. Production Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Sr. Production Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Logistics operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities Manage all production schedules while maintaining a high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders. Have daily/weekly meetings with the manufacturing facilities to ensure that they meet the production targets. Create and implement production schedules based on a validated replenishment program, efficiencies and overall cost management. Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, quality control, and inventory control at the manufacturing level, to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production flow. Implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with That’s It Nutrition’s goal to minimize excess spend. Understand the type of machinery used at all of our manufacturing facilities to include max outputs. Work with the internal and external quality teams to ensure they are manufacturing to specification. Track production metrics to identify issues and develop process improvements, ensuring that production goals are met. Ensure all new items are being launched in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize production processes Experience with Planning and workflow prioritization at an advanced level Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in using production and inventory management software Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry and adherence to quality and safety standards is a plus Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred 7+ years of relevant experience Pay Range - $80K - $100K (DOE)
