THE ROLE We are seeking a senior, single-threaded Program Manager to own network capacity management and near term capacity enabling initiatives. This role is responsible for maximizing the utilization of our fulfillment network, refining capacity and throughput models, and leading high impact operational programs tied to delivery speed, predictability, and the enablement of key commercial objectives. This leader will operate at a strategic and executional level, translating complex data into clear decisions, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes across the network. This role requires deep analytical rigor, strong systems thinking, and the ability to influence across Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology. The Sr. Program Manager will be recognized as a subject matter expert in capacity strategy and will own programs that materially impact cost, service, and growth.
