About the Opportunity: The Senior Program Manager, Partner Services Success Americas role is designed to scale the partner-led services strategy by driving regional execution, enhancing opportunity progression, and improving partner readiness. This position acts as a critical link between field teams and global programs, creating repeatable processes that simplify and accelerate partner-delivered services. The role collaborates across various teams to ensure partner-driven service opportunities are managed with clear accountability and consistent standards. Responsibilities: • Drive execution of partner-led services motions at the regional level. Inspect active opportunities, identify stalled deals, and address execution gaps. Establish and maintain regional operating rhythms, inspection cadences, and escalation paths. Support strategic partners in developing services capabilities by identifying readiness gaps and tracking progress. Develop practical playbooks, templates, and guides for scalable global adoption. Requirements: • 7 to 10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS go-to-market execution. Proven cross-functional leadership experience collaborating with Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner teams without direct authority. Strong operational discipline with a focus on opportunity inspection, cadence management, and executive reporting. Experience creating field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models for consistent execution at scale. Excellent communication skills to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders. Flexibility to work across time zones as necessary.
