What Makes This Role Great The Senior Program Manager is the strategic and operational lead responsible for the end-to-end execution of our most complex and high-priority market initiatives. You will serve as the central hub for launch activities, orchestrating cross-functional teams to bring products to market and accelerate revenue in highly regulated or complex sectors. By integrating technical requirements with clear business objectives, you will act as a trusted partner to Marketing, Sales, and Product leadership to ensure seamless, scalable execution. Key Exciting Responsibilities Strategic GTM Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end GTM program for major launches and market expansions, aligning Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Product teams from initial strategy through final execution. Roadmap Integration: Ensure tight strategic alignment between the technical product development lifecycle and the commercial Go-to-Market roadmap, working collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering. Stakeholder & Risk Management: Act as the primary point of contact for GTM program health; proactively identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across the organization. Operational Excellence: Manage program budgets, develop executive-ready dashboards, and drive process improvements within the PMO to enhance governance and speed-to-market. Strategic Alignment: Drive consensus with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure program objectives meet overarching business goals. Essential Skills & Experience Experience: 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience specifically within Marketing or Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. Strategic Alignment: Proven experience bridging the gap between technical product milestones and commercial execution (Marketing, Sales enablement, and Lead Gen). Complexity Management: A track record of leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs that delivered measurable business impact Influence: Strong ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and navigate fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly matrixed environments. Methodology Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the PMBOK framework (Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, and Risk Management) and Lean principles (eliminating waste, optimizing flow, and continuous improvement). Operational Excellence: Manage program budgets, develop executive-ready dashboards, and drive process improvements within the PMO to enhance governance in fast-paced environments. Strategic Problem Solving: Experience leading data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis. Bonus Points For Certifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certifications. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Frameworks: Experience with Lean-Agile practices, including ceremonies, and/or PMP-related frameworks Strategic Facilitation: Proven ability to support and participate in workshop facilitation and process-improvement initiatives for GTM efficiency. GTM Strategy: Familiarity with translating technical product milestones into actionable commercial strategies for messaging, pricing, and sales enablement).
