Sturgeon Electric Company is seeking a Senior Estimator to support our Construction department, specializing in complex electrical construction projects. This role prepares detailed cost estimates for power, telecom, and transportation work, including material takeoffs, labor and equipment calculations, and bid proposals. The Senior Estimator will analyze drawings and specifications, solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop competitive bids. The ideal candidate will champion safety, mentor junior staff, and partner closely with clients to ensure accurate, timely, and profitable project delivery.
