Senior Project Estimator

Sturgeon Electric Company is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Construction team. This role leads the preparation of detailed electrical construction estimates for power, telecom, and transportation projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, soliciting and analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotes, developing complete cost estimates, and assisting with bid strategies. The Senior Estimator will collaborate closely with project management and field teams, uphold rigorous safety and quality standards, mentor junior estimators, and support client-facing presentations in a teamwork-driven environment.
