Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to support our Construction department in delivering complex electrical construction projects. This role prepares detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for power, telecom, and transportation work, analyzing drawings, specifications, and scope. The Senior Estimator collaborates with project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop accurate budgets, identify risks, and support value engineering. You will help lead bid reviews, vendor/subcontractor pricing, and preconstruction planning in a teamwork-driven culture focused on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
