Sturgeon Electric Company is seeking a Senior Estimator to support our Construction department. This role leads estimating for complex electrical construction projects across power, telecom, and transportation markets. Responsibilities include developing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing drawings and specifications, soliciting and leveling subcontractor and vendor quotes, and preparing competitive bids. The Senior Estimator partners with project managers, engineers, and field teams, ensures estimates align with safety and quality standards, supports value engineering, and contributes to winning work in a teamwork-driven, client-focused environment.
