Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex electrical construction bids in power, telecom, and transportation markets. Reporting to the Construction department, this role prepares detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for design‑bid‑build and design‑build projects. The Senior Estimator analyzes drawings and specs, develops labor and material budgets, evaluates subcontractor quotes, and supports value engineering. You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, and clients, mentor junior estimators, and help win safe, profitable work in our teamwork‑driven, safety‑focused culture.
