Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to join our Construction Management team in Construction. This role leads detailed estimates for complex electrical construction projects in power, telecom, and transportation markets. Responsibilities include reviewing plans/specs, performing quantity takeoffs, developing labor and material costs, preparing proposals, and supporting bid presentations. The Senior Estimator collaborates with project managers, engineers, and field teams, mentors junior estimators, and ensures estimates align with Sturgeon Electric’s strong safety culture, quality standards, and client-focused approach.
