The company has built a strong reputation across New York City and works with several of the city’s major landlords. Responsibilities: Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project delivery Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams Lead project meetings and support project staff Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Requirements: 5+ years of Project Management experience in NYC commercial interiors Experience managing corporate interior fit-out projects Strong understanding of the NYC construction market Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Quarterly bonuses & Year-end bonus Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with 3% match PTO package Why Join?
