Senior Project Manager, Architect

About the Role The Senior Project Manager, Architect provides leadership across all phases of design and construction for Lillibridge projects, including concept design, space programming, design development, interior finish selections, technical coordination, and project execution. This role serves as the primary liaison among design consultants, general contractors, internal stakeholders, and tenants, ensuring consistent communication, compliance with design standards, and seamless project execution. The Senior Project Manager oversees multiple concurrent projects, drives design integrity, ensures adherence to schedule and budget, and supports high-quality delivery of healthcare and commercial real estate environments. Key responsibilities include Oversee multiple design and construction projects across various phases, including building renovations, expansions, common-area upgrades, and tenant improvement projects. Manage and coordinate activities of third-party architectural and engineering consultants, medical equipment planners, specialty consultants, and contractors. Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, consultants, and A/E teams in partnership with Legal, with final approval from the VP - Design & Construction. Maintain expertise in applicable building codes, permitting requirements, healthcare design standards, and Lillibridge design guidelines. Coordinate design and construction documents
