Our Client: We are representing a 100% employee-owned, ENR Top 400 General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join their Raleigh team. The company has 7 regional offices, 550+ employee-owners, and generates approximately $2B in annual revenue. They are a Five-Time AGC National Excellence in Construction Safety Award Winner and serve a diverse portfolio including Healthcare, Industrial, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Federal, Corporate, Life Science, Senior Living, Retail & Mixed-Use, Sports & Entertainment, Automotive, Cold Storage & Food Processing, Institutional, and Interiors. Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule Enforce site safety standards and company safety culture Ensure quality control and workmanship meet project specifications Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders Oversee site logistics, inspections, and project closeout The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of experience in the construction field, highly focused on superintendent work Experience with industrial, manufacturing, tilt-wall, site work, warehouse, or healthcare projects Proven success delivering ground-up new construction projects General Contracting experience preferred Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package including a base salary up to $180,000 (depending on experience), a car allowance, a project-based bonus structure, and participation in a profit-sharing ESOP program.
