Senior Project Manager, Data Center Projects Step into a high-impact leadership role where you will help shape the future of advanced digital infrastructure. A nationally respected construction and engineering organization is expanding its presence in mission-critical environments and is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center builds. This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility projects that power global connectivity, while joining a team known for operational excellence, innovation, and delivering technically demanding facilities at scale. What You Will Do Lead full lifecycle management of large-scale data center construction projects, from preconstruction through final delivery Drive project planning efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution Oversee financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and contract administration Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership Manage procurement processes and negotiate agreements with vendors and trade partners Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining timeline integrity Champion safety initiatives and enforce compliance with all regulatory and site-specific standards Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability, communication, and high performance Ensure successful project closeout, including documentation, quality assurance, and client satisfaction What You Bring 8 or more years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on data centers or other mission-critical facilities Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and project execution Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and compliance standards Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced project environments Flexibility to travel to regional project sites as needed Why This Role Stands Out Join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of mission-critical construction Work on cutting-edge projects that support rapidly growing digital infrastructure demands Competitive compensation package including base salary, performance incentives, and full benefits Clear path for career advancement into senior leadership roles Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and excellence
