Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and business goals. Key responsibilities include creating project plans, managing resources and schedules, overseeing logistics, coordinating inspection processes, and ensuring smooth operations of expediting tasks. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success and resolve challenges proactively. Qualifications Strong skills and experience in Project Management and Expediting Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure efficient workflows Experience in Inspection and Logistics Management to oversee operational efficiency Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a remote environment Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and workflow automation tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent is preferred
