Senior Project Manager (Business Readiness & Change Management) Location: Hybrid – Malvern, PA Duration: Contract through September 15, 2026 Compensation: $75.00 - $80.00 / hour The Opportunity We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale business transformation and technology platform migration. This is a critical role focused on ensuring two organizations remain aligned, informed, and operationally ready as they transition through complex process and technology changes. Key Responsibilities Business Readiness & Change Management Strategic Transition: Lead the seamless transition from one technology platform and business unit to another across two large organizations. Operational Readiness: Build a deep understanding of business functions to ensure they are fully prepared to operate with new processes, technology, and resources. Strategy Deployment: Develop, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and implementation plan in collaboration with key stakeholders. Program Management & Leadership Stakeholder Navigation: Act as the "glue" between business and technology partners, driving consensus and holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables. Communication & Reporting: Prepare high-level status updates, documentation for program reviews, and proactively track open items. Meeting Lifecycle: Organize and lead working sessions, providing rigorous follow-up to ensure outcomes are met. Required Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of leading large-scale programs or organizational transformations. Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum). Expertise: Depth of expertise in Change Management as a formal discipline. Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating complex technology transformations and vendor management. Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence and interact with senior-level stakeholders. Work Schedule & Environment Schedule: Flexible hours within a 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM window. Culture: Fast-paced, highly collaborative, and senior-stakeholder facing. Travel: None.
