Position Summary: Silver Creek is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and completion of architectural and engineering projects with a primary focus on the public education sector. The Senior Project Manager will directly oversee other project teams in addition to managing projects of their own. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, job captains, engineers, architects, consultants, and approval agencies to ensure high-quality, code-compliant, and constructible designs. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate the work of multiple project teams to ensure that projects are completed within the allocated schedule and budget. Perform project milestone reviews, track project deliverables and progress. Coordinate with project managers, job captains, engineers, and architects to develop design concepts into complete construction document packages. Perform high level QA/QC department wide to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with codes and project standards. Lead the preparation of construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD and related software. Provide technical leadership during design phases with multiple project teams and assist with complex detailing and design activities. Provide technical support during construction, including RFIs and shop drawing reviews. Mentor and guide junior staff. Stay current with applicable building codes, DSA requirements, and construction technologies. Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in architecture or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years previous experience managing multiple simultaneous project teams. Previous experience developing and managing staff allocation schedules. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong knowledge of the California Building code. Experience working with DSA is required. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience with structural and MEP coordination preferred. Professional licensure preferred. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, internal equity, and market data. This position is onsite in our Perris, CA location.
