Senior Project Manager rlington, V Contract SSYST is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a Data Center migration and relocation project in Arlington, Virginia . Client Arlington County. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the relocation and migration of up to two data centers to new sites. Specific responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing the entire transition process, from initial planning through implementation to hand-off to operational teams. Responsibilities: Conducts planning, coordination, and tracking of the Data Center migration project. Developing a comprehensive project plan, and assigning tasks to the teams. Creating schedules, timelines, and milestones. Facilitating and directing multi-disciplinary teams. Validating current and future requirements and priorities. Manage a team of subject matter experts, technicians, engineers, analysts, and other staff to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from four different departments. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. Establish and implement agile project management processes and methodologies to meet high-quality standards and customer expectations. Organize and publish all project-related documentation, including as-built documentation. Brief management at all organizational levels and provide regular written reports, as directed, on the project status. Develop, implement, and maintain effective communication plans using tools like JIRA, MS Teams, and email.
