Job Description
Your Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple complex commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as a strategic leader, ensuring alignment across operations, field teams, and clients while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget Provide strategic oversight of project planning, staffing, and financial performance Collaborate with estimators and executives on bid reviews and project forecasting Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Foremen, and field staff Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operational efficiency Review and approve project schedules, change orders, and cost reports Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and regulatory standards Represent the organization in client meetings and industry partnerships What You Bring 6-12+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects, along with hands-on electrical field work experience Proven success leading project teams and overseeing multiple concurrent jobs Strong financial and operational acumen in project management Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems Deep understanding of electrical construction practices, codes, and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A proactive, accountable, and mentoring mindset Requirements Licensed electrician or equivalent field/project management experience Hands-on electrical field work experience Demonstrated success managing project budgets over $1M Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to interpret electrical drawings and construction documents Key Qualifications Licensed electrician or equivalent experience 6-12+ years managing commercial and industrial electrical projects Proven success managing project budgets over $1M Valid driver's license in good standing What We Offer Competitive, senior-level compensation package Comprehensive benefits - health, dental, vision, and retirement Modern project management systems and field technology A collaborative, growth-focused environment that values leadership Opportunity to influence company processes and mentor junior managers
