We are supporting a back-office modernization initiative for a leading insurance client, Prosperity Life Group. The project involves rebuilding a legacy workflow and document management platform using a modern cloud-native architecture. The engagement includes Java modular monolith applications React/TypeScript frontend AWS-native microservices ecosystem The environment is highly regulated, requiring strong focus on auditability, workflow accuracy, data integrity, and role-based access validation. Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer Location: US-Based / Remote Duration: 5+ yr Key Responsibilities Own QA strategy and automation across API, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing. Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright/Cypress and Postman/Rest Assured. Validate REST APIs, event-driven workflows, database integrity, and AWS services. Perform SQL-based database validation across PostgreSQL or SQL Server. Ensure testing coverage for audit trails, workflow transitions, and role-based access controls. Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and support CI/CD testing practices. Required Skills 5+ years of QA Automation experience. Strong expertise in API Testing UI Automation SQL Validation AWS Testing Experience with React/TypeScript applications and cloud-native systems. Strong Agile and stakeholder collaboration experience. Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot as part of their daily workflow. This is a remote position.
