Main Responsibilities Review and manage customer complaints, determining appropriate actions and ensuring timely communication with impacted partners. Critically assess and approve supplier responses, partnering with suppliers to ensure thorough, timely investigations. Lead and document investigations using appropriate methodologies (e.g., Fishbone, 5 Whys), including deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Act as a Quality Champion, reinforcing a strong quality culture and identifying organizational risks with mitigation plans. Develop, maintain, and manage training matrices, assigning and tracking training for new and existing employees in partnership with internal teams. Draft, update, and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement. Support regulatory audits and maintain audit readiness processes to ensure inspection preparedness and compliance. About You Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent related experience, with 5–10 years of Quality Compliance experience. Knowledge and experience working in regulated environments (GDP/cGMP, FDA), with familiarity with Dietary Supplement requirements under 21 CFR Part 111 preferred. Demonstrated experience performing and documenting deviations, investigations, and Out‑of‑Specification (OOS) reports. Strong understanding of quality systems, continuous improvement principles, and compliance best practices while supporting business needs. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven, with the ability to manage workload independently in a fast‑paced environment. Proven critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills commensurate with role level. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally; proficient in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
